Catherine Reid will take up the post of chief operating officer, UK and Ireland for broker Marsh on 4th January. The appointment is subject to regulatory approval. She joins from Royal London Asset Management where she is executive director and COO.

Read will lead initiatives that support the development of Marsh’s operational and technological capabilities that enhance the colleague and client experience across the region.
