Lloyd’s coverholder Lions Gate Underwriting has named Robbin Botnick (pictured) as managing director and head of corporate development. She will have responsibility for growing LGU’s footprint across Canada. She joins from Excess Underwriting where she was chief operating officer.

Botnick said: “I am delighted by the opportunity to join LGU and contribute to the strong culture and build out of the business.”
