Allianz Holdings has secured gold status under the Armed Forces Covenant Employer Recognition Scheme. The scheme supports past and present service personnel and their families and helps employers provide opportunities for the defence community.

Julie Harrison, chief HR officer at Allianz Holdings, said: “It is fantastic to be awarded gold level and for all of the hard work of our people to be reflected in the award. We’re always striving to be the most inclusive employer we can be and this accreditation demonstrates that we’re more than on the right path.

“While the accreditation stops at gold that doesn’t mean our story has ended, we’re always looking at the best ways to support our people and to be an attractive employer.”
