WTW has announced that Lucy Clarke will join the business as president, risk and broking in the third quarter of this year. She will join from Marsh, where she is president of specialty and global placement. Prior to that, she was the chief executive officer of JLT Global Specialty.

Adam Garrard will continue in his current role as head of risk and broking and, upon Clarke’s arrival, he become chairman.

WTW’s risk and broking division comprises more than 14,000 people operating across 140 countries and markets.
