Aqueous Underwriting has secured A+ rated capacity to launch a new excess layer product for solicitors professional indemnity. Available for firms with at least two UK partners and fee income of up to £5m, the product has limits of up to £5m and can write layers attaching from £2m for partnerships and £3m for limited liability partnerships.
