Broker and risk management consultancy Gallagher has launched Student Assist, which offers universities and student accommodation providers with cover against property damage, and their resident students with personal belongings insurance.

David Birch, managing director SME and partnerships at Gallagher, said: “We’re delighted to be launching our new student proposition for universities and accommodation providers.’
