Castle Insurance, which operates as the North East hub of Global Risk Partners Limited, has acquired 100% of the share capital of Square Circle Brokers Limited, a Durham-based independent commercial broker. Square Circle has a particular focus on arranging motor fleet, commercial combined, combined liability and property owners’ cover.

All the Square Circle team, including directors Phil Bailey, Jane Brown and Gary Crow, will continue with the business.
