Professional services and technology business Davies will deliver the training and support of over 200 apprentices across a range of insurance and financial services firms after Babington Business College Limited announced its exit from delivering financial services apprenticeship standards.

Paul Johnson, senior vice president of talent solutions at Davies, said: “We are very pleased to be welcoming the new apprentices to Davies. Our priority is to reassure all learners and their employers that their apprenticeship programmes will remain uninterrupted, with Davies providing access to all the support and materials needed for the successful completion of the courses.

Supporting apprenticeships at all levels is a major factor in plugging the skills gap and improving accessibility into the financial sector.”
