Greenwood Moreland, which is part of JMG Group, has acquired Glasgow-based Calcluth & Sangster Insurance Brokers in a deal that will add £6m of gross written premium to the business. The existing team will move over to Greenwood Moreland and trade under that brand.

Stuart McGregor, owner of Calcluth & Sangster Insurance Brokers, will lead the business as part of Greenwood Moreland, with co-owner Sandy McArthur assisting in the transition of client relationships over the coming year.
