The British Insurance Brokers’ Association has extended its Find Insurance Service for life and protection, which is a cross-industry initiative that has assisted more than 30,000 people since 2020. The agreement, which has 39 signatories, has been renewed for another three years. Signatories include industry bodies, protection insurance groups, insurers, brokers and charities. The Association of British Insurers is a new signatory.

Graeme Trudgill (pictured), chief executive of BIBA, said: “This agreement has made such a difference to consumers, and we are delighted with the support that it has received during the first three years and now at the renewal.

“BIBA is ideally positioned to help those with medical conditions or disabilities find their way to a specialist protection provider to help them access the cover they need, and we look forward to continuing to do so.”
