Polo Managing Agency Limited has assumed management of medical professional lines specialist, Coverys Syndicate 1975. The move follows the decision in 2021 by Coverys Managing Agency Limited to place the syndicate into run-off.

Under the agreement, the Coverys team will continue to administer claims management and policy endorsements, with managing agent activities and oversight being undertaken by Polo.

Coverys said it remains committed to the London Market and was in the process of establishing a UK regulated platform to continue to service clients and brokers.
