Brown & Brown Inc has completed its previously announced acquisition of Kentro Capital Limited into the operations of Brown & Brown Europe. Kentro controls more than £500m of gross written premium and group companies include Nexus, Xenia, Millstream, Capstone Brokers and Spectrum Risk Management.
