Managing general agent iprism has promoted Aaron Woodhams (pictured) to the position of chief underwriting officer and Bradley Harmer to the role of chief commercial officer. Both men will join the board of the MGA which specialises in HNW, construction, property and commercial covers.

Ian Lloyd, chief executive officer at iprism, said: “Over the past year, we have grown significantly as a business, both organically and via acquisition.
