Travel insurer, Tifgroup, has teamed up with travel app, Air Doctor, to connect travellers to a global network of over 20,000 multi-lingual doctors and specialists worldwide.

Through the partnership, customers covered by one of the Tifgroup brands will have access to the new digital out-patient health service. Tifgroup brands include Holidaysafe, Insurancewith, Flexicover and DOGTAG. The service will also be available on Get Going, Albert and Eddie, Alpha and Citybond Suretravel.

Air Doctor's digital service promises to easily schedule a doctor’s appointment with vetted doctors in a clinic, at their accommodation or by video consultation, with appointments confirmed within 45 minutes. The service is available in 78 countries and the video consultation in 84, and in 21 languages. The service can also help customers secure valid local prescriptions.
