Partners& is looking to expand into the South West and has invested in city centre premises in Bristol. The new office, which will act as the broker’s South West hub, is located at The Crescent in Temple Back. Partners& said its client focus was on those in the digital, technology, life sciences, construction, natural resources and the creative industries.

Phil Barton (pictured), group CEO, said: “Bristol is close to the hearts of many of our colleagues – we started our careers here. So, in many ways, it feels like we’re coming home.

“It’s also a thriving city, with many of the growth sectors that align with our expertise – from professional services, haulage and logistics and construction to life sciences and the healthcare sector including care homes and GP surgeries.”

Partners&, which was founded in 2020 already has 30 people operating in Bristol and has recruited two new members to bolster its capabilities.

Chris Hill joins from Birchin Insurance Brokers and will provide specialist advice on professional indemnity insurance. Jamie Palmer, formerly with Gallagher, will operate across the commercial sector proposition.
