AdA Underwriters, which operates Lloyd’s syndicate 2024, has chosen to implement DOCOsoft’s claim management system. AdA Underwriters launched in 2023 as a Special Purpose Arrangement syndicate, becoming a Lloyd’s syndicate for the 2026 year of account.

AdA Underwriters has a focus on energy, marine, cargo, specie and aviation risks. The DOCOsoft system will help it manage the full lifecycle of complex claims across these different lines.
