Brown and Brown UK has welcomed its first cohort of graduates onto a three-year training programme designed to give the next generation of talent a broad perspective of the business and access to senior personnel across various disciplines.
During the induction, the graduates took part in a question and answer session with Carolyn Callan, CEO of Retail UK and met members of the leadership team including Richard Jennings, divisional managing director; Michelle Neary, marketing director; Steve Dennis, chief commercial officer and Paula Murphy, retail head of claims.
In a statement, the firm said: “With graduates joining us from locations across the UK, their time together in Crewe provided a fantastic opportunity to build connections, get to know one another, and hear directly from the leaders helping to shape the future of Brown and Brown UK.
“The session sparked some insightful conversations and gave our graduates the chance to ask questions, share their ambitions and learn more about the opportunities ahead. We look forward to supporting them throughout their journey and seeing all they achieve as part of the Brown and Brown team.”
