HSB UK and Ireland has appointed Paul Cullum as product lead, machinery and technology. Reporting to Andrew Bazley, underwriting director, engineering insurance, Cullum will oversee the development of the company’s equipment breakdown portfolio across commercial and personal lines.

Cullum has more than 35 years’ experience in the engineering insurance market and has been with HSB since 2004, holding roles across business development, underwriting and product development.
