KPMG has appointed Trevor Jones to head up its insurance practice. Jones has been with KPMG for 24 years and previously led the firm’s UK actuarial practice. He replaces Simon Ranger, who will now focus on leading the Vice Chairs’ office. Huw Evans, former director general of the Association of British Insurers, also joins KPMG this week.
Karim Haji, EMA and UK head of financial services at KPMG, said: “I would like to congratulate Trevor on his appointment and thank Simon for all his achievements over the last three years.”
He added: “I am also delighted to welcome Huw Evans who joins us this week, which will further strengthen our offering and presence in the insurance market.”
