Professional services and technology business, Davies has implemented a new organisational structure and from March will conduct its business through three operating units. These are Davies Global Solutions, Davies UK & Ireland, and Davies US.
Davies Global Solutions incorporates the firm’s consulting and technology, and insurance services divisions under new CEO, Mark Grocott.
Davies UK & Ireland comprises Davies’ UK and Ireland claims business and its legal solutions operations. Allison Carr (pictured) becomes the CEO for this new unit.
Davies US was formed last year and houses the firm’s US claims TPA and adjusting services and its risk, audit, inspections, and actuarial services. Matt Button leads the business unit.
