Insurance software provider Acturis Group has acquired US-based Broker Buddha in a move that expands its international footprint to include the American market. It follows moves into the German, French and Canadian insurance markets.

Theo Duchen, co-CEO of the Acturis Group, said: “We are extremely pleased to welcome the Broker Buddha team to the Acturis Group and for the group to enter the US market.
