UK insurtech, Scout, has officially announced its planned rebrand. As Synapse Ecosystems, the organisation’s new identity encapsulates a new symbolism representing the platform's goals of transparency, collaboration and efficiency.
Originally established in 2021 as an online digital community, the organisation was conceived with a mission to better connect the global insurance industry, amplifying collaboration and efficiency.
Synapse Ecosystems' platform replaces significant volumes of work previously done manually or on spreadsheets. It drastically reduces the elapsed time and man days spent gathering core business problems from multinational teams. The platform's Head2Head feature facilitates collaboration and feedback on innovative ideas.
The company’s director of strategy, Tony Tarquini, said: "Radical cultural changes and dedicated technology are now mandatory if innovation is to successfully scale, at pace. It is time for insurers to mature from their current expensive, slow, labour-intensive, spreadsheet-based innovation processes. Synapse’s dedicated innovation ecosystems boosts insurer’s programmes through stakeholder engagement, self-service, automation, sophisticated knowledge management and even gamification."
