London-headquartered managing general agent Devonshire Underwriting, which comprises Devonshire UW Limited, and its affiliate Devonshire UW Europe GmbH, has launched. The firm will specialise in underwriting transactional risk and will be led by its four founding partners - Natasha Attray, James Dodd, James Fletcher and Charles Turnham.

The MGA is backed by Lloyd’s and A-rated capacity providers. It will offer warranty and indemnity, tax and contingency insurance. Private equity investor BP Marsh & Partners PLC has backed the MGA.
