West Ham United has announced broker Lilley Plummer as the official insurance partner for the men’s and women’s first teams. The deal will give the broker, which was acquired by Goldman Sachs last year, membership to the football clubs’ Hammers Business Network, through which it will be able to offer its services directly to other members.
Lilley Plummer was founded in 2016 and offers solutions for both high-net-worth individuals and commercial clients. Under the new deal, its branding will appear on first team training gear, on the club’s online platforms and at its stadium and training ground.
Dan Plummer, managing director at Lilley Plummer, said: “This collaboration not only reflects our commitment to excellence but also embodies the spirit of teamwork and community that both our insurance business and the club stand for.”
Nathan Thompson, executive director at West Ham United, referred to the deal as: “A landmark partnership for our club.”
