HDI Global has launched Cyquins, which is a cyber product aimed at the mid-market sector with a focus on risk management and improvement. It offers cover up to a limit of €10m. The insurer has also achieved Amazon Web Services Cyber Competency Partner status and from the start of 2026 the product will be available on the AWS platform.

HDI Global has enabled potential clients to undertake a read-only cloud scan that provides a risk assessment of their IT environment and gives them a risk score and a list of prioritised recommendations. Firms can then decide if they want to go ahead and request an insurance offer or retain the report for their own use.

Until potential clients decide to move forward with a quote request, which requires them to submit the risk assessment, all data remains in the client’s own IT environment.
