Aviva Private Clients, which is the insurer’s high net worth business, has launched its proposition in the Lloyd’s market, offering its cover exclusively through Lloyd’s brokers. The cover can be written in multiple currencies – GBP, EUR, USD, and CHF – offering high net worth clients protection for their property and assets.
Premiums start at £25,000 and cover is available for overseas assets. Aviva said the move supported its long-term strategy of becoming a dual stamp insurer. The insurer made its return to Lloyd’s in 2024 following its acquisition of Probitas.
Antony Dodson, global corporate and specialty chief underwriting officer at Aviva, said: “We are delighted to unlock further benefits of our Lloyd’s platform across Aviva, this time within the high net worth space.
“By combining our in house capabilities with the strength of the Lloyd’s franchise, we are enhancing the Aviva Private Clients proposition for our clients and broking partners.”
