Ben Stokes, captain of the England cricket team will close this year’s BIBA Conference on Thursday 14 May. One of England’s highest profile cricketers, Stokes will reflect on his journey from young talent to England captain, sharing the mindset and leadership principles that have defined his career.

He will also talk about his ability to shape outcomes when the stakes are high, match-defining moments and lessons learned along the way, while discussing what leadership and resilience really mean.

The BIBA Conference 2026 – Time:To takes place at Manchester Central on 13-14 May, with registered attendees able to start networking early at the official launch event on 12 May. Registration is now open and The BIBA Conference is free to attend for all BIBA member brokers and entry to the exhibition and Fringe is free to all FCA registered brokers.
