Premium Credit recruits AI to boost staff performance

Premium finance provider Premium Credit has teamed up with employee competence specialist Elephants Don’t Forget to enhance team performance and boost the level of service offered to customers. Under the deal, Premium Credit will use Clever Nelly, which is Elephants Don’t Forget’s AI-powered assessment platform.

Clever Nelly uses spaced learning, repetition and self-testing to assess and reinforce employee knowledge during the course of their everyday activities.
