Clear Group has acquired Pangea Insurance Brokers and Pangea Life, which support clients across personal and commercial insurance, employee benefits and business protection. Micheal Piper and Stephen Goulter own and lead Pangea, which generates annual incomes exceeding £3m.

Pangea has offices in Winchester and Shaftesbury. Its team of 30 staff will all join Clear as part of the deal.
