Lumley marks anniversary with new growth strategy

Lumley Insurance has marked its 25th anniversary by revamping its strategy and branding in a bid to build for the future. The firm specialises in providing insurance for private clients, high-value homes and luxury assets.

Lumley says it will seek to build the partnerships it has with professionals advising high net worth clients such as estate agents and lawyers. The broker is headquartered in Cirencester and also has an office in London.

John Lumley, managing director at Lumley Insurance, said: “Going forward, we are being more intentional about building partnerships with others who share our values and deep understanding of the high-net-worth market. We are also ramping up our effort to inspire and educate clients and partners about why insurance matters and what being ‘properly insured’ means.”

Samantha Davies, chief operating officer, added: “Our brand is evolving and we are becoming more confident in the way we present ourselves as a business – to clients, partners and the wider market – but our core principles remain the same. For us it is all about relationships and providing trusted specialist service.”
