MoneySuperMarket has added home and pet insurance to the products available via its new app in ChatGPT. In February, the comparison website, which is part of Mony Group, announced that customers would be able to use ChatGPT to secure motor insurance quotes.

In addition to new insurance products, MoneySuperMarket has also added credit card and loan products to those that customers can search using ChatGPT.

Mony Group says the ChatGPT facility is an opt-in option for customers from which they can disconnect at any time. Quote journey data stays within MoneySuperMarket and is subject to its existing data protection and deletion processes.
