Jensten Group has struck an agreement to acquire Coversure Midlands in a move it says will expand its regional footprint and broaden its areas of specialist expertise. The broker is the largest firm in Jensten’s Coversure Network and has a team of 30 operating across personal and commercial lines.

It has two offices in the Midlands as well as a third in Kent. It also has two online operations called Boxguard and Fastquote, which service the goods in transit sector. Boxguard covers the legal liability for theft, loss or damage to goods for those transporting them. Fastquote covers goods in transit against loss or damage.
