Simply Business has added Mission-backed managing general agent Ventis to its commercial landlord insurance panel. Ventis began trading in January 2024 and the deal marks the first time its has distributed its products through a direct-to-customer channel.

Ventis focuses on SME and mid-market property risks, offering insurance to landlords with single properties through to those with larger portfolios. The cover available includes property damage, loss of rent and property owners' liability.
