Peter Cullum backed Minority Broker Partnerships has acquired a minority shareholding in Eggar Forrester Insurance, which is an independent London-based broker. Managing director Tommy Hodgson leads the broker, which has a focus on the real estate, private client and media sectors.

Eggar Forrester Insurance is part of the Eggar Forrester Group, which also includes shipbroking firms CW Kellock and Co and Eggar Forrester Shipbroking Ltd.

Hodgson said: “We’ve built a fantastic business with an outstanding team, loyal clients and strong insurer relationships. As we considered the next stage of our growth, it was important to find a partner who shared our values and understood what makes Eggar Forrester special.”
