Specialist intermediary Source Insurance has appointed managing general agent Prestige Underwriting to its landlord panel as the first underwriter of its residential landlord insurance product. Prestige is already a member of Source’s household panel.

Source says the new residential landlord product is the first common-worded product in its landlord proposition. It offers legal expenses cover as standard with rent guarantee available as an optional add-on.
