Acturis and Sompo have launched Sompo’s marine cargo insurance proposition on the Acturis platform, giving brokers a digital route to quote and, where eligible, bind marine cargo risks.

The integration provides access to Sompo’s specialist Cargo offer through Acturis, while brokers can continue to draw on the insurer’s underwriting and claims expertise for specialist risks. It covers goods in transit and is designed for a broad range of businesses, with cover options available subject to underwriting approval, eligibility criteria and policy terms, conditions, limits and exclusions.
