Covéa Insurance has appointed Stephen Long as chief operating officer.

Long will continue to lead the company’s claims, operations, IT and customer functions while retaining his position on the executive committee.

Long has been with Covéa for 25 years, having joined in 2001 as a graduate trainee, and has progressed through a wide range of roles across the organisation.
