Duff & Phelps promotes Fuller

Duff & Phelps has announced the promotion of Rebecca Fuller to head of Fixed Asset Management and Insurance Solutions and Machinery and Equipment for the EMEA region. The division provides fixed asset inventory reconciliation management and property insurance appraisals.

Alongside her new role, Fuller will continue to serve as head of business development for the service line in the UK and Middle East and will remain based in London.

Paul Barnes, managing director and global head of valuation advisory at Duff & Phelps, said: “Rebecca is extremely well known in the risk management, insurance broker and underwriting communities, and her industry knowledge has been vital to our team. With her vast expertise in these sectors and unwavering commitment to excellence, we’re confident that Rebecca will continue to form a valuable part of our future strategy and growth.”

Fuller has been with Duff & Phelps for six years, joining through the firm’s acquisition of American Appraisal in 2014.

One of Fuller’s goals is to raise awareness of the need to regulate commercial building valuations to address the issue of underinsurance and to help close the insurance gap.
