Greenkite Associates has appointed David Skinner as general counsel.

Skinner has worked for a range of large corporates including Deutsche Bank, LloydsTSB, Swiss Re, ReAssure, Phoenix, Saga and RSA. A graduate of Oxford University, he recently completed a 10-month assignment with Swiss Re and its affiliate ReAssure prior to the sale of ReAssure to Phoenix. David was previously a founder of specialist law firm Radiant Law and a partner at global law firm Morrison & Foerster.
