BGL seeks growth through new insurer outsourcing solution

BGL Group has gone live with an insurer outsourcing solution to help carriers launch new products and overcome cost and efficiency issues created by legacy systems and processes.

Under the banner, Distribution as a Service, BGL says it can manage individual elements of an insurer’s existing direct general offering, such as the digital customer journey. It claims it can also lead on the entire end-to-end process, from product development and channel distribution, through to customer servicing.
