Law firm DAC Beachcroft has established an advocacy service focusing initially on insurance-related disputes.
The service will see barristers offering clients advice, conducting conferences, drafting pleadings and attending court on their behalf; as well as all forms of alternative dispute resolution and appropriate appeal hearings.
The creation of the service follows the appointment of barristers Jonathan Robinshaw and Sahar Farooqi as partners within the firm’s Claims Solutions Group. They are tasked with overseeing the creation and development of DAC Beachcrofts’s advocacy service.
David Pollitt, managing partner at DAC Beachcroft, said: “Our clients want increased flexibility and smarter, quicker delivery of services. Being in a position to offer them a one-stop shop for their litigation and dispute resolution needs means we can add significant value and give them a tailored service that sets us apart from our competitors.
“This move supports our strategy of pursuing growth in new areas of insurance claims work and strengthens our market position by demonstrating we are providing innovative, integrated and bespoke services to our clients.”
