FMG has promoted its head of insurance services, Robin Lang, to the newly formed role of insurance services director, following another year of growth for the claims management services provider.

Mr Lang, who joined FMG from Aviva in 2006, brings over thirty years’ experience and vast knowledge of the motor insurance claims sector to the FMG board.

He leads the management of 200 specialists within FMG’s Insurance Services department, overseeing the operational delivery of third party claims services, loss recovery, insurance broker services and other bespoke insurance solutions whilst also leading the longer-term strategic direction of the department.
