RVU, which owns, Confused.com, Money.co.uk and Uswitch has agreed to acquire temporary motor insurance provider Tempcover. The deal is for an undisclosed sum and is subject to regulatory approval. Tempcover was established in 2006 and has a team of 51 employees.
