Arachas Corporate Brokers, which is a subsidiary of The Ardonagh Group, is to strengthen its position in Ireland through the acquisition of Frank Glennon Ltd, Frank Glennon (Life & Pensions) Ltd and Administration and Management Services Ltd.

Glennon Insurances operates in corporate, SME, employee benefits, financial planning and affinity home and motor businesses, with approximately £67m in gross written premium and more than 100 employees.
