Polaris says five now live on imarket

Commercial lines digital trading platform imarket, owned by Polaris, has confirmed that Bravo Digital Trader has become the fifth broker system to use the platform. imarket is used by more than 2,000 broker firms and generates annual gross written premium of more than £400m.

Simon Bloomfield, head of imarket at Polaris, said: “As an industry-owned organisation, imarket’s purpose over the last 20 years has always been to allow insurers and brokers to trade more effectively.

“The recent launch of Bravo Digital Trader increases Bravo members’ choice on how they digitally trade and compare products from insurers and we’re really proud to have supported such an important launch.”

David Haddock, head of digital insurer partnerships at Ardonagh Advisory, added: “In order to enable us to deliver the innovative Digital Trader product for Bravo Networks members, we needed efficient access to insurer products and imarket allowed us to swiftly gain access to insurer products which plugged straight into the system. This really helps to support our fast-paced delivery programme for both products and insurers.”
