Allianz UK has reshuffled its leadership team. On 1st December, Ulf Lange will become managing director of personal lines, having served as chief financial officer since 2023. Michael Ruf will step into his shoes as CFO and joins from Allianz SE in Munich. Serge Raffard will vacate his current role as MD of personal lines and takes up a new position of general manager for Allianz with a focus on developing business in India.
Suzanne Scott has been named as chief people and culture officer for Allianz UK having formerly served as chief people and corporate responsibility officer for Axa UK and Ireland. She replaces Julie Harrison, who has held the role since 2020 and is leaving the business.
David Kelly joins from Brit Insurance and will become chief audit officer in the new year. He replaces Matt Cox, who was appointed as chief claims officer earlier in the year.
