WTW has appointed Gaby Joyner as head of Great Britain following the retirement of John Ball in August this year. Joyner has been with the company for 23 years and is currently head of WTW’s employee experience business for Europe. She will continue in this role as well as taking on the additional responsibilities of her new position.

Anne Pullum, head of Europe for WTW, said: “I am thrilled that Gaby will be taking on the Great Britain leadership role, while continuing in her existing remit in the employee experience business.

“Gaby’s expertise in helping companies to enhance their own employee experience and engagement makes her ideally suited to lead one of our largest and most important geographic markets.”
