Clear Group has named Barbara Duffy (pictured) as group chief people and performance officer with effect from 8th September. It has also promoted Victoria Gallimore to group chief of staff. Duffy joins from UK-headquartered fintech IG Group, where she served as chief people officer.

Duffy will lead the company’s people and organisational development strategy in a bid to recruit and retain the best talent.

Gallimore, in her new role, will drive strategic initiatives across the business to enhance cross-functional collaboration and increase operational alignment.
