JMG Group has acquired Solihull’s Boston Insurance Brokers, Kendal’s Hayton Insurance Brokers and Edinburgh’s Gateway Insurance Services (pictured). The deals expand JMG’s footprint in the North West and Scotland.

Boston Insurance Brokers, which has a team of six, was founded in 1994 and has a focus on the construction sector. Hayton Insurance Brokers is JMG’s first acquisition in the Lake District. Founder Neil Hayton will continue to lead the business, with JMG investing in a new office in Kendal to accommodate planned expansion. Gateway Insurance Services gives JMG a presence in Edinburgh and adds to other Scottish operations in Glasgow and Fife.
