GreenKite, a London-based consultancy firm focusing on the insurance and financial services industry, has announced its official launch.

The company said it is made up of a network of professionals, which allows to offer a wide range of services, such as merger and acquisitions, compliance advisory services, MGA, company setup, HR operations, interim placement and operational tech. It aims to collaborate with both small and established firms.

GreenKite co-founder and chief executive officer, Sara Ager said that is was the right time to launch as there is a clear gap in the market.

“The industry is calling out for someone to provide consultancy support that delivers real, tangible solutions to complex problems,” she added. “By applying Insurance industry and business expertise, we can anticipate and respond to client needs to design solutions for a diverse range of sector specialties.”
